Scope
What we check
The exact scope depends on your website. These are the areas we look at most often for business sites in the UAE.
- 01Login pages and accounts
We look at how staff and customers sign in, and whether those accounts are harder to guess or reuse than they should be.
- 02Outdated plugins and software
Websites often run extra components. If those pieces are old or abandoned, they can become an easy way in.
- 03Files that should not be public
Backups, configuration files, and old documents sometimes sit on a live site by mistake.
- 04Who can see or change what
If your site has customer accounts or a staff dashboard, we check whether people can reach information that is not theirs.
- 05Website settings
A site can look fine while error messages, admin pages, or cloud storage are left more open than intended.
- 06Forms and data handling
Contact forms, bookings, and checkouts need to handle input safely so visitors cannot interfere with how the site works.
- 07Encryption in transit
We check whether visitors are sent over a current HTTPS setup so browsers do not warn that the site is not secure.
- 08Basic browser protections
Security headers and cookie settings are small controls that help browsers treat the site more carefully.
Request a security assessment
We confirm you are authorized to have the site reviewed, then agree the scope with you.
