Privacy policy

This website is operated by CyberX.agency. If you request a security assessment or use a contact card on the site, we collect the information you submit: name, email, phone if provided, company name, website address, and message.

We use that information to respond to your request, deliver reports through the client portal, and keep records of authorized testing. We do not sell this information.

Cookies

Necessary cookies keep the site working. Login session cookies are stored by the browser (Supabase Auth). We hash IP addresses used for rate limiting rather than storing them in readable form.

Analytics is optional and starts only if you accept it in the cookie banner. Your choice is stored in the browser as cyberx_consent. If you accept, we also store anonymous ids cyberx_vid and cyberx_sid in localStorage, then record page views, time spent on each page, which links and FAQs were opened, device class, referring site, campaign tags, country, and whether forms or information cards were shown, dismissed, or submitted. Staff see those records in the control panel to operate the business. We do not sell this data. We do not use keylogging, fingerprinting, session replay, or third-party advertising pixels.

Staff can see consented analytics and lead records in the admin area in order to operate the business. You can refuse analytics and still use the public website.

Assessment reports are stored so that you and authorized CyberX staff can access them. Access is limited by account role.

If we use a form protection service (such as Cloudflare Turnstile) or an email delivery provider, they process the data needed to provide that service.
